Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with their distribution and account inquiries. The role is remote for eligible states and emphasizes a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have a background in finance or retirement services and strong communication skills. Training is provided, with a full-time schedule and a shift differential for nights and weekends.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and provide accurate answers.
• Resolve client inquiries regarding benefit programs and procedures.
• Document cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
