Job summary

EnduraCare Acute Care Services LLC seeks a Project Analyst to support FEMA leadership and PMO divisions. The role focuses on routing, tracking, and collecting information to respond to inquiries from stakeholders across the agency, government, and private sectors, following established procedures.

The candidate will work independently in a hybrid setup with occasional in-person client engagement in Washington, D.C., and must meet requirements for DHS Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience tracking multiple tasks and communicating in writing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in filing, electronic routing, or MS-SharePoint environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Eligible for DHS Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FEMA directorate's first point of entry for inquiries requiring agency response
• Compose communications for routing and tracking information task requests
• Ensure clear, concise communications with FEMA staff and DHS components
• Interface with division personnel to secure information and establish response timelines
• Provide logistical support for a FEMA directorate
• Review FEMA/DHS policies to ensure compliance
• Track tasks end-to-end following detailed procedures
• Provide training to FEMA staff on information routing processes
• Facilitate approval process for congressional, White House, and media inquiries
• Facilitate approval and signature by agency executive leadership
• Ensure written materials are accurate and well organized
• Perform other duties as assigned
