Job summary

EnduraCare Acute Care Services LLC seeks a Project Analyst to support FEMA leadership and PMO divisions. The role focuses on routing, tracking, and collecting information to respond to inquiries from stakeholders across the agency, government, and private sectors, following established procedures.

The candidate will work independently in a hybrid setup with occasional in-person client engagement in Washington, D.C., and must meet requirements for DHS Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FEMA directorate's first point of entry for inquiries requiring agency response

Job description

The Project Analyst will be responsible for working with executive leadership and agency offices supporting our client, the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Project Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to the routing, tracking, and collection of information needed to respond to inquiries fielded by a PMO centric agency division. Our client's mission is to effectively ensure that informational and legislative requests from stakeholders across the agency, government, and private sectors are addressed according to prescribed operating procedures and an established concurrency process. You must be able to work independently with minimal guidance. This position is a hybrid role primarily working remotely, with client engagement activities in Washington D.C.

• Serve on a team that functions as the FEMA directorate's first point of entry for internal and external inquiries requiring agency response.
• Compose communications, including correspondence related to the routing and tracking of information task requests received by FEMA.
• Ensure clear, concise communications with agency staff and other FEMA/DHS components when managing the routing and tracking of information requests.
• Interface with division personnel on securing information to satisfy task requests, establish response timelines, and effectively communicate with parties receiving information requests.
• Provide logistical support for a FEMA directorate.
• Review FEMA/DHS policies, directives, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Meticulously track tasks from start to finish following detailed operating procedures designed to streamline information collection and solicitation.
• Provide training and guidance to FEMA staff on processes related to information routing and how to respond according to prescribed procedures.
• Facilitate the approval process for all congressional, White House, and media inquiries that require agency response.
• Facilitate approval and signature by agency executive leadership.

• Ensure that written materials are accurate (fact checking), well organized, and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience (2+ years if you possess an advanced degree) working in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with tracking multiple tasks and communicating effectively in writing
• Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in an environment requiring filing documents, electronic routing, or managing file structures within a MS-SharePoint environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective project management skills to create and deliver under tight deadlines
• This position requires candidate to be eligible for a DHS Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within the discipline of federal grants or PMO office
• Legislative Affairs experience
