Job summary

TRIAEM LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a DHS support effort in a hybrid Washington, DC setting. You will direct cross-functional teams across technical, analytical, and business operations while engaging government customers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes program leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement with a focus on data-driven decision support and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex Federal Government IT or analytics programs.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and deliverable management.
• Experience translating technical data into executive-level reporting.
• Experience with government customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program and project management for contract execution.
• Interface with Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent technical, analytical, and business workstreams.
• Establish performance measures, milestones, schedules, risks, and actions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and CPI to improve workflows.
• Oversee data analytics, BI, dashboards, and decision-support.
• Ensure activities align with scope, schedule, and government priorities.
• Prepare program status and executive-level briefings.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Support Agile or iterative delivery as appropriate.
• Promote governance, change management, and knowledge transfer.
