Total Sono is seeking a Patient Imaging Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Castleton and Staten Island clinics, blending front-office duties with care coordination for a calm imaging experience from check-in to discharge.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule imaging, collect payments, and maintain accurate records across EHR systems, requiring empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to switch between clinical and administrative tasks.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• English communication in writing and speech
• Willingness to handle financial transactions and cash reconciliation
• Experience with EHR or scheduling systems
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings and evenings

• Greet and guide patients through check-in and scheduling with empathy
• Schedule imaging appointments and manage provider orders
• Verify insurance, collect documentation, and support authorizations
• Collect patient payments and reconcile daily cash
• Maintain accurate patient records across EHR and related systems
• Monitor EMR inboxes and patient messages with timely responses
• Coordinate with clinical staff to address scheduling gaps and continuity
• Track patients needing follow-up and outreach for missed appointments
• Support patient experience initiatives and enrollment in services
