Job summary

CU SoCal in Anaheim Hills, CA is hiring Contact Center Representatives (Member Care Officer I) to deliver courteous, confidential, and professional telephone service. This is a full-time role focused on matching credit union products to Member needs for an exceptional experience.

The position requires a hybrid-remote schedule after training, with at least two days in the office and some Saturdays. Training lasts 12 weeks with in-person weeks to build knowledge and performance readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in Retail/Customer Service.
• Familiarity with Symitar or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service to Members across multiple channels, directing them to proper services.
• Handles inquiries: balance checks, transfers, loan payments, CD rates and changes.
• Learns and maintains knowledge of CU SoCal products and promotions to provide consistent member service.
