Job summary

AdelFi Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative I to directly support members’ financial well-being in a Call Center environment with work-from-home flexibility after training. You will handle consumer and commercial accounts, protect trust, and connect members with banking solutions.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year customer service experience, and the ability to train on-site in San Dimas, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to train on-site in San Dimas, CA and work hybrid after training (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:30pm, 40 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Complete account transactions, respond to questions, and resolve issues across multiple channels.
• Build relationships by identifying needs, educating members on products/services, and recommending options.
• Support sales and referral goals, including outbound relationship-building activities.
• Document interactions thoroughly and follow policies, procedures, and security standards.
