Core States Group in the United States is seeking a Project Planner (Land Development) to join our team. If you enjoy working with clients, managing projects, and have experience in the private land development sector, we’d love to talk with you!

You will collaborate with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, and environmental consultants, handle due diligence, site planning, and entitlements, and help prepare permit submissions while coordinating documents and studies for complex multi-site

Qualifications

• 4+ years in land development with retail clients.
• Degree or certification in land use planning, real estate, environmental consulting, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience with due diligence, site planning, land use entitlements, environmental review, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation.
• Conduct due diligence investigations (review codes, prepare/refine site plans, interviews, review documents, write reports).
• Prepare and process land use applications (submittals, staff reports, testify at hearings).
• Coordinate acquisition of documents and studies (surveys, traffic/environmental reports).
• Coordinate processing and approval of construction permit applications.
• Track deliverables using standard forms; prepare and administer contracts as needed.
