Qualifications

• Strong client communication and representation with agencies
• Experience reviewing codes, site plans, and reports
• Ability to prepare submittal materials and testify at hearings
• Coordination of land surveys, traffic and environmental studies
• Experience with construction permitting and related reviews
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve processes

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation
• Conduct due diligence investigations (review agency codes, prepare site plans, conduct interviews, review documents)
• Prepare and process land use applications (submittals, staff reports, hearings)
• Coordinate acquisition of documents and studies (surveys, traffic, environmental reports)
• Coordinate processing and approval of construction permit applications
• Track deliverables using company forms and procedures
• Prepare and administer contracts as necessary
