Core States Group is seeking a skilled Project Planner (Land Development) to join our team. You will manage client relationships, coordinate land development activities, and support private sector projects from concept through entitlement and permit submission.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of land development experience, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to work across civil, architectural, and environmental disciplines.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in land development with retail clients.
• College degree or technical certification in land use planning, real estate, environmental consulting, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience with due diligence, site planning, land use entitlements, environmental review, construction permitting, etc.
• Ability to prioritize a diverse workload, meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare site plans and reports.
• Prepare and process land use applications and submit materials for staff reviews.
• Coordinate acquisition of documents such as land surveys, traffic and environmental reports.
• Coordinate processing and approval of construction permit applications.
• Track deliverables using company-standard forms and procedures.
• Prepare and administer contracts as necessary.
