Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team. You'll work with clients in the private land development sector, manage project scope, and coordinate related due diligence, site planning, entitlements, and permits.

The role emphasizes collaboration with civil engineers, architects, landscape architects, and environmental consultants, with a hybrid work setup across Core States Group offices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land development with retail clients.
• Ability to prioritize a diverse workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation.
• Conduct due diligence investigations, review agency codes, prepare & refine site plans, and review technical documents.
• Prepare and process land use applications including submittal materials and testifying at hearings.
• Coordinate acquisition of documents and studies (land surveys, traffic studies, environmental reports).
• Coordinate the processing and approval of construction permit applications.
• Track deliverables using standard forms and procedures; prepare and administer contracts as necessary.
