Storti Quality Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development & Operations Manager to drive growth in the Northeast. You will lead client relationships, oversee project execution, and align operational delivery with strategic growth plans while traveling regionally.

The role requires strong expertise in utility contracting, sales development, and operational leadership to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable projects with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in utility construction/infra industry.
• Proven experience in business development, operations management, or regional leadership.
• Strong understanding of utility operations, construction processes, and project management.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue and managing client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within utility, energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, municipalities, engineering firms, and general contractors.
• Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and outreach; prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop regional growth strategies and market expansion plans.
• Provide operational oversight for Northeast projects; ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Monitor project performance, staffing needs, and resource allocation; ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
