Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global TA team. You will help deliver an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and interviewer experience while supporting efficient TA processes across the organization.

This hybrid role involves interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding coordination, background checks and systems administration. Occasional travel to Moon Township, PA, and Stockholm, Sweden, is required as part of team conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong systems aptitude and confidence learning recruitment technology, systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively keep recruitment processes moving by following up with stakeholders.
• Manage interview documentation and candidate records.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition and recruitment activity in Workday and other systems.
• Support setup, maintenance and improvement of recruitment steps and processes in Workday.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and employment verification.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire transitions.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure process compliance.
