Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and TA operations. The role partners with recruiters and TA leadership to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records in Workday.

The position is hybrid, with occasional travel to Moon Township, PA, and international team conferences. A strong candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, solid coordination skills, and comfort with recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment activity in Workday and other systems.
• Support recruitment processes, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Assist with process improvement, reporting, and projects in recruiting tech.
• Collaborate with global TA team to improve candidate experience and efficiency.
