Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Payroll, Benefits & Expenses Coordinator to join the Global Compensation & Benefit Team. You will help manage payroll, benefits enrollments, and expenses while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems.

In this role you will partner with the Payroll & Benefits Manager and colleagues to support onboarding, COBRA processing, leaves of absence, and benefits elections each payroll cycle. This position is based in Pittsburgh with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new employees to benefits programs and COBRA processing.
• Experience with leaves of absence and state benefit sites.
• Ability to ensure accurate payroll and benefits data across systems.
• Proactive data auditing and compliance with C&B policies.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and Benefits: enroll new employees, manage benefit terminations, and ensure accurate elections each payroll cycle.
• Expenses and Audit Support: submit benefit-related expenses for approval and support audits.
• Data Accuracy and Compliance: audit payroll records and reconcile with quarterly tax filings.
• Team collaboration: participate in Compensation and Benefits Team projects.
