This role offers the opportunity to build broad experience within TA, combining hands‑on coordination and operations with exposure to recruitment, systems, projects and continuous improvement.
Working alongside an experienced global TA team, you will gain exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, employer branding, internship programs, recruiting systems, analytics, and process improvement initiatives while building the skills needed to grow into future TA roles.
Please note: This role is a hybrid remote role, with occasional travel to our office in Moon Township, PA, and 1-2 annual trips to Stockholm, Sweden for team conferences.
Our team is split between Pittsburgh and Stockholm. We value open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We focus on progress over perfection, learning, adapting, and improving together. You'll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition in Stockholm.
