Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and TA operations across global teams. You will collaborate with recruiters, manage records in Workday, and help streamline processes.

This hybrid remote role involves occasional travel to Moon Township, PA, and Stockholm, Sweden, offering broad exposure to recruitment technology, analytics, and internships while helping to improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong systems aptitude and comfort learning recruitment tech and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and act as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition and recruitment records in Workday and other systems.
• Support set-up, maintenance and improvement of recruitment steps and workflows.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and verification.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire transitions.
