Jobot is seeking a dynamic General Liability Attorney to join the team. You will provide expert legal advice across a broad range of matters, draft key documents, and represent clients in court and negotiations.

This role offers hybrid or remote work and a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed to practice law, and has at least five years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Currently licensed to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of General Liability/related experience.
• Experience in Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal support and advice on general liability matters.
• Handle diverse caseload across litigation and real estate, employment, and corporate law.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases.
