Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents (briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery).
• Conduct legal research and apply law to facts, presenting arguments.
• Provide legal advice to clients on rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
• Stay updated on laws and trends affecting clients.
