Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our hybrid remote team serving businesses, insureds, and individuals across a broad civil docket in state and federal courts. You will own matters from inception through resolution in a collaborative firm environment.

Philadelphia or Malvern offices with a PA Bar required; hybrid schedule and a strong compensation package including base $120k–$200k plus bonuses, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO and a people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• PA Bar Admission
• Recent defense litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from pleadings through trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
• Take and defend depositions, and argue motions in court
• Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients and carriers; attend mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences
