The role demands a Juris Doctorate, active WA license, and at least five years in defense litigation. You will conduct research, draft key documents, and negotiate outcomes while coordinating with a team of attorneys.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Minimum 5 years of defense litigation experience.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal tech.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
• Solid understanding of legal procedures and court rules.
• Experience drafting and negotiating legal documents.

Responsabilités

• Manage all stages of litigation including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court and argue motions.
