Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Owner for the Employee Knowledge Management (EKM) capability within the Wilmington Trust footprint. You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and guide low-code platform configurations and governance.

In this role, you will collaborate with business lines, Knowledge Asset Owners and SMEs to define requirements, drive alignment, and ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in business, analytics, digital product, transformation, content management or related fields.
Experience designing, administering and improving enterprise content or knowledge management platforms, including SharePoint Online.
Experience building or supporting workflow and automation solutions using Power Platform, Appian or other low-code technologies.

Responsibilities

Own the EKM product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
Design and administer the EKM platform ecosystem (SharePoint Online, workflows, metadata, search, lifecycle controls).
Maintain the governed catalog, content governance framework and lifecycle processes.
