Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a related field preferred.
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy in all work required.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer orders by phone and email.
• Enters orders and data into Sage X3 for processing, including ship dates, locations, pricing, and freight carriers; confirms shipped orders and starts invoicing.
• Receives, acknowledges, and documents customer complaints using the Customer Issues tool and resolves issues.
• Responds to customer requests for production information or pricing with sales teams and keeps sales staff updated.
• Communicates across Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing.
