Processor’s Choice, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Moody, AL. You will receive orders by phone and email, enter them into Sage X3, confirm shipments, and initiate invoicing, while addressing customer issues with prompt action.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong attention to detail. Hybrid-remote after training, with competitive benefits.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a related field preferred.
• Advanced attention to detail and accuracy in all work required.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer orders by phone and email and enter them into the system.
• Confirm shipped orders and start the invoicing process in Sage X3.
• Document and acknowledge customer complaints using the Customer Issues tool and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth processing of orders.
• Provide production information or pricing requests to Sales staff and keep them updated.
• Support internal customers and respond promptly to requests across departments.
