Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a food service or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and office systems.
• Pass a computer test and background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders, changes, and returns according to procedures.
• Listen to and document customer interactions; help resolve conflicts.
• Answer questions or handle complaints from customers.
• Provide product and order information to customers and update status.
• Coordinate with sales/production on requests and orders.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems and office areas.
