The role requires a professional, courteous approach and the ability to work across multiple office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Adequate typing speed.
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be at your desk ready to work at the designated start time.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as understanding their bills and services, taking payments, creating work orders, and updating account information.
• Complete additional assignments/data entry functions as requested.
• Maintain customer account information and balance cash drawer.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to continually improve customer service.
• Call customers with problems that drivers have reported.
