Job summary

Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 to act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries related to Residential accounts including billing, complaints, questions, and requests.

The home office is in Concord, with additional offices in Pittsburg and Oakley; the assigned office will be designated after hire. Responsibilities include answering inquiries in person, by phone or email; assisting with billing, payments, work orders, and

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, and routine account requests.
• Update and maintain customer account information; process work orders.
• Balance cash drawer and handle walk-in payments; assist with debris box orders.
