Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery in California is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 to serve as the liaison between customers and the company, handling residential account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.

The role supports accuracy and courtesy in every interaction. You will work in a hybrid schedule with alternating in-office and remote days, traveling to Concord, Pittsburg, Oakley as needed, and you must be comfortable using MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or through email communications.
• Assist customers with billing questions and account updates.
• Process payments, create work orders, and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with team to continually improve customer service.
