Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain clients, and support new opportunities. The role involves coordinating day-to-day admin and customer service tasks, resolving complex issues, and ensuring accuracy across policy administration and renewals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management (or 5+ years in insurance), active P&C licensing, and strong analytical, communication, and multitasking

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing is required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and monitor workflow.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; manage renewals.
