Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5–7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional, personalized customer experiences in lobby and branch workflows.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions without pressure.
• Open new accounts, process routine transactions, and guide customers on features and digital tools.
• Resolve issues such as balance discrepancies or debit card concerns by coordinating with partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support scheduling and flow of customer appointments to optimize branch operations.
• Collaborate with branch partners to refer customers to specialists for complex needs.
• Contribute to meeting branch goals through needs-based conversations and relationship building.
