Community Financial System, Inc. seeks a Relationship Banking Representative to act as a frontline ambassador, delivering a customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties.

You will listen to customer needs, educate on products and digital tools, and provide guidance or referrals that support financial wellbeing while adhering to bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience encouraged.
• Ability to travel to nearby branches and attend training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open, manage, and support customer banking needs including accounts and transfers.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and features.
• Identify customer needs and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Support branch goals through consistent, needs-based conversations and relationship building.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members when needed.
