Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Legal with 4+ years healthcare experience or 8+ years in healthcare.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws.
• Ability to lead departmental or divisional projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer various responsibilities within the Regulatory Office.
• Oversee annual updates of regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees complete regulatory training.
• Develop and distribute regulatory information via intranet and internet.
• Track and report on regulatory initiatives under federal and state laws.
