HCSC is seeking a Legal Regulatory Consultant to monitor and analyze federal and state legislative and regulatory activity. You will prepare summaries, updates, and educate teams on requirements. You will work with attorneys and government relations to support multi-state regulatory research.

The role is remote, with preference for candidates who understand health care regulatory processes and can present findings to senior staff clearly and concisely.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in business or project management OR 9 years in business or project management.
• 3 years of regulatory or legislative experience.
• Knowledge of legislative processes and how to inform senior staff on legal requirements.
• Experience drafting summaries of legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of the regulatory processes in health care industries.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor national state and federal legislative and regulatory activities applicable to HCSC.
• Analyze actions using databases and other resources to prepare summaries and updates.
• Educate and support business and implementation teams on legal requirements.
• Perform multi-state regulatory research as needed with legal and business teams.
