Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Legal with 4 years healthcare experience or 8 years healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws.
• Familiar with HCSC functional areas and departments.
• Ability to lead departmental or divisional projects.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer responsibilities within the Regulatory Office.
• Oversee annual updates of regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees complete regulatory training.
• Develop and distribute regulatory information via intranet and internet sites.
• Track and report on regulatory initiatives under federal and state laws.
