Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Recruiter - Talent Strategy to lead one of its recruiting PODs in Texas, partnering with OPCOs and leaders to forecast workforce needs and deliver full-cycle recruiting across sales, trades, operations.

The role balances hands-on recruiting with team leadership in a hybrid Irving, TX office, reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, and driving structured interview practices, scorecards, and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience leading recruiters and regional teams.
• Experience advising business leaders on recruiting strategy and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional recruiting team across multiple OPCOs.
• Develop quarterly hiring plans and talent pipelines.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and scorecards.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, including leadership searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Greenhouse.
