Job summary

Reliance One is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles in Austin, Texas. This high-volume desk requires ownership from intake conversations to offer acceptance, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, with standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and some flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Staffing agency and/or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Strong organization, communication, initiative, and professional judgment.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing-related positions.
• Conduct hiring manager intake calls and understand position requirements.
• Post and manage requisitions and review resumes.
• Source candidates and conduct phone screens; maintain candidate communication.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
