Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Regional Events Coordinator to support single-day events across the firm’s West Coast and national markets. The role is based in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

You will plan budgets, coordinate logistics, run virtual events via On24 and Zoom, manage invitations, and maintain calendars while building relationships with partners, travel vendors, and CRM tools to optimize client relations and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of experience in event planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, coordinate, and track all single-day firm events.
• Run virtual events and webinars via On24 and Zoom.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and office management to advance event initiatives.
• Create and maintain events in Intapp DealCloud and manage invitations via e-marketing tools.
• Maintain firm calendars and manage deposits and invoices for events.
