Job summary

Nossaman LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Events Specialist in its Orange County office to drive regional and firm-wide marketing visibility. You will plan and execute client-facing events, including webinars, seminars, receptions, and sponsorships, and deliver post-event insights to measure ROI.

The role partners with the Business Development Team and practice groups, supporting brand management, content marketing, and external communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3-5 years of event planning experience; law firm or professional services background preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-person and virtual events from start to finish.
• Prepare event checklists and budgets to keep on track and on budget.
• Create invitations, registration forms and RSVP reports for stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics with venues, catering and A/V teams.
• Create event materials including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, signage and giveaways.
