Qualifications

• Candidates must have 4–6 years of progressive experience in civil/site engineering design.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia, North Carolina, or able to obtain reciprocity.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design civil systems including grading, drainage, utilities, and hydrology.
• Prepare engineering and stormwater management calculations, reports, and drawings.
• Lead field investigations and support construction administration activities.

Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative teamwork ability

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
