Job summary

Judi Health, a health technology company delivering Unified Claims Processing, seeks a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and supporting onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

We operate on a 3-day hybrid model (local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte) with a one-year contract and the potential to extend or go permanent based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Passion for people, culture and creating great candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate and interviewer experience.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain hiring reports and documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with timely updates and exceptional candidate experience.
• Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team.
