Judi Health in New York, Denver, and Charlotte is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will manage interview scheduling, ATS data integrity, and candidate communications, supporting hiring managers to move fast while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment coordination, strong organization and communication, and comfort working in a hybrid, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Comfortable in a hybrid, distributed environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accuracy.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve processes.
• Assist with offers, onboarding, and related tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain hiring reports.
• Serve as primary candidate point of contact with timely updates.
• Help maintain internal recruitment documentation and best practices.
