Clera Labs, Inc. seeks a Sales Development Representative in Salt Lake City for high-volume outbound outreach to founders and hiring leaders. You will book qualified meetings, manage outreach sequences, and collaborate with the founders to turn conversations into client relationships.

You will spend most of your day making calls, sending emails and LinkedIn messages, and using AI-assisted tools to stay efficient. A hybrid work model is offered in Salt Lake City.

Formación

• Experience in SDR or BDR roles or high-volume outbound sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and prospect effectively with founders and hiring leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sequences helps performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the phone: call founders and hiring leaders daily and book meetings.
• Use email and LinkedIn alongside calling to run outreach sequences.
• Follow up consistently and handle objections professionally.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline prep while staying accurate and relevant.
