Clera is seeking a hands-on Head of Recruiting to own end-to-end talent acquisition for engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. You will partner with founders and team leads to design role profiles, interview processes, and evaluation criteria while building scalable recruiting operations.

You will source via high-signal channels, assess candidates through portfolios and projects, and drive onboarding, ramp, and later-stage performance practices in a lean, early-stage startup.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market positions.
• Partner with founders and leaders to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
• Source candidates through high-signal, creative channels.
• Assess candidates using technical conversations, portfolios, and projects, as well as resumes.
• Build and improve recruiting operations, tools, and automated workflows.
• Learn the product and communicate technical concepts clearly to candidates.
• Support onboarding, ramp, and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback practices.
