Clera is seeking a dynamic SDR to join a small sales team focused on introducing AI recruiting services to startup founders and hiring leaders. You will drive outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, book qualified meetings, and maintain activity in a CRM.

Remote within the United States after in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah. Base salary $60,000–$70,000 with $85,000–$105,000 OTE; uncapped commission and visa sponsorship available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, recruiting sales, inside sales, or another high-volume customer-facing role.
• Experience making cold calls and booking meetings, running email or LinkedIn sequences, and sustaining outreach over multiple weeks.
• Comfort using a CRM to track activity and prospect follow-ups.
• Clear communication, consistent follow-through, and openness to coaching.
• Recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition sales experience helpful; experience in retail, restaurants, call centers, or door-to-door sales is a plus.

• Qualify prospects by learning about their hiring needs, timelines, and decision-makers.
• Record outreach activity, call outcomes, and follow-up details in a CRM.
• Handle common sales objections and follow through on commitments.
• Use feedback and sales tools, including dialers and AI-assisted outreach platforms, to improve your approach.
