Job summary

GNC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team across field, distribution, and corporate hiring. The role ensures postings are accurate, compliant with pay transparency rules, and reflects requisition hygiene for a seamless candidate experience.

The position is full-time, hybrid (2-3 days in-person in Pittsburgh, PA) and includes coordination of interviews, reporting, and stakeholder partnerships. Strong detail-orientation and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ADP RM experience preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job requisitions across platforms with accuracy.
• Ensure pay transparency and compliance in postings.
• Audit open requisitions for inconsistencies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across field, corporate, and distribution roles.
• Manage logistics for onsite interviews (travel, agendas, day-of support).
• Generate and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and track metrics.
• Partner with field leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to support hiring needs.
• Provide training on recruiting tools and posting standards.
