The role requires attention to detail, collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to drive data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or admin support.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP RM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job requisitions across platforms with accuracy.
• Ensure postings meet pay transparency and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling.
• Generate Talent Acquisition reports and track metrics.
• Partner with field leaders and recruiters to support hiring needs.
