Job summary

GNC, a leading health and wellness company, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team across field, distribution, and corporate hiring. The role focuses on posting requisitions accurately, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring postings comply with pay transparency standards.

You will coordinate interviews, support candidate experience, and work with recruiters and managers to deliver an efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ADP RM experience preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Experience supporting high-volume or field-based hiring environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Post and manage requisitions across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Ensure postings meet pay transparency and compliance requirements.
Audits of open requisitions to identify inconsistencies or outdated postings.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain clean pipelines.
Support closure of aged or inactive requisitions per guidelines.
