Datadog is seeking Recruiting Coordinators to ensure seamless interview experiences in a hybrid environment. This hands-on, delivery-first role manages scheduling requests and coordinates remote and onsite interviews while partnering with recruiters and stakeholders.

You will handle high-volume scheduling, ATS hygiene, offer letters, and KPI reporting. The role serves as an IC pathway foundation, focusing on tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver top-notch candidate

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of admin work experience or 1 year in Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong calendar management and prioritisation.
• Ability to communicate concisely with candidates and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Fluency with ATS tools and data hygiene.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview scheduling within SLAs.
• Manage remote and onsite interview logistics and communications.
• Interview day support: rescheduling, logistics, travel, expenses.
• Maintain accurate job postings in the ATS.
• ATS hygiene for pipeline: stage accuracy, feedback chasing, scorecard completion.
• Scheduling dashboard hygiene, operational excellence.
• Offer letters management with regional nuances.
• Team queue coverage: escalate blockers early.
• Reporting on workload, KPIs and SLAs; own performance improvements.
• Partner with recruiters, regional and global coordinators and stakeholders.
