Datadog is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview experience across remote and onsite formats.

This role emphasizes operational execution, proficiency with core tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. A relevant degree and time in admin or recruiting coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 2–3 years admin work experience, or 1 year in Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews within SLAs.
• Coordinate remote and onsite interviews and communications.
• Support interview day logistics, travel and expenses.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and compliant postings.
• Keep pipeline and scorecards updated in ATS.
