Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own high-volume interview scheduling and logistics, both remote and onsite. You will manage postings in our ATS, maintain pipeline hygiene, and support interview day operations while partnering with recruiters and stakeholders globally.

The role focuses on operational execution, delivering training, and helping scale interview workflows. A degree and organizational excellence are essential for success in this hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of admin work experience or 1 year in Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews within SLAs and coordinate logistics (remote/on-site).
• Manage job postings and ATS hygiene; ensure accurate, compliant information.
• Provide interview day support, rescheduling, travel, and expenses as needed.
• Create and maintain dashboards for workload, KPIs, and SLAs; report on performance.
